LitzChill – Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

Welcome to LitzChill! By accessing or using the LitzChill mobile app (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our integrated Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the LitzChill app, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.

3. User Account & OTP Verification

• You log in using your mobile number and OTP verification.
• You may optionally add personal information such as first name, last name, and profile photo.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. App Features

• Display of user-generated content, including memes and flash news.
• Interaction tools: Like, dislike, comment on content.
• Push notifications to keep you updated with new content or important updates.
• Content is for entertainment purposes only.
• We reserve the right to update or remove features at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Impersonate others or provide false information.
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse engineer the app.

Violation of these terms may lead to suspension or termination of your access.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks in the app (excluding user submissions) are owned by or licensed to LitzChill. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

LitzChill is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Any data loss or unauthorized access.
• Content accuracy or user conduct.
• Service interruptions or bugs.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Platform for any violation of these terms, without prior notice.

9. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify users via the app if major changes occur. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Privacy Policy

a. Data We Collect

• Phone number for login via OTP
• Optional profile info: first name, last name, photo
• Usage data: app usage behavior, likes, comments, etc.
• Device data: model, OS version, device ID
• Push notification tokens
• Crash logs and performance metrics

We do not collect passwords or financial information.

b. Why We Collect Data

• Authenticate users and manage sessions
• Display your profile photo and name with comments/likes
• Improve app performance, stability, and UX
• Send push notifications
• Analyze trends and app usage

c. Push Notifications

We send optional push notifications to:

• Notify you about new memes or flash news
• Alert you to app updates or important messages

You can opt out of notifications in your device settings.

d. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We may share non-personal, anonymized data with trusted analytics and crash reporting tools like:

• Google Firebase
• Amplitude
• Sentry or similar

e. Data Storage and Security

• Data is transmitted securely (SSL encryption)
• Personal data is stored securely on trusted servers
• Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only

No method is 100% secure. We do our best to protect your information.

f. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as needed to provide services. You may request data deletion by emailing us at admin@litzchill.com. Additionally, you can delete your account and associated data directly from the app using the Delete Account option in the settings.

g. Children's Privacy

LitzChill is not intended for children under 13. If we learn a child has provided data, we will promptly delete it.

h. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may:

• Request access to your data
• Request correction or deletion
• Withdraw consent or object to processing
